During the damage inspection the following was observed: Structural members were damaged and will need replacing and/or repairing. Electrical sustained damage to several home runs, panel may not need to be replaced unless it can?t accommodate the requirements needed to comply with 2024 IRC/IB C and/or 2023 NEC Mechanical equipment/ducts sustained minor damage. Will need to clean/repair ductwork Plumbing does not appear to be damaged, however it will need to be inspected during frame inspection Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8” or greater are to be replaced.
