For solo general contractors & subcontractors

Know what's getting built in your trade — and exactly who to call.

“I'm a subcontractor.”

You don't need more marketing — you need GCs who'll keep you booked. See which general contractors are pulling permits in your trade and ZIPs right now, who's growing, and — the part nobody else has — which active GCs don't yet have a steady sub like you. Start every week with a short list to call, not a cold market.

“I'm a general contractor.”

See what's getting permitted near you (and what's about to be, via applied-stage ETAs), then build your crew with confidence: look up any sub's license status, disciplinary history, and unlicensed-violator flags before you hand them a job. Track your competitors and the GCs winning work in your lanes.

Three plays

Monday call list (subs)

Open your saved search → the GCs active in your trade + ZIPs this week, ranked by who's missing a recurring sub. Call the top five.

Permit-day leads (GCs)

New residential and remodel permits in your territory the day they're filed, plus applied-stage jobs before they're issued — get there before the bid is locked.

Vet before you hire

Before you sub out work, pull the license: active? any disciplinary actions? on the unlicensed-violator list? One lookup, no surprises.

How it works

  1. 1. Pick your trades and ZIPs — tell us whether you're a GC or a sub and we preset the view.
  2. 2. Save it. Get a daily “new jobs near you” email.
  3. 3. Track the contractors that matter and get alerted when they pull a permit or their license changes.
  4. 4. Climb to Pro when you want to prospect property owners directly or run a team.

Questions

Is this for me if I’m a one-person shop?
Yes — it’s built for solo general contractors and subcontractors. Pro ($199) is for teams that need export, CRM sync, owner/property intel, and the daily plays workflow. GC ($89) gives you the find-work essentials without the team tooling.
What area does it cover?
Phoenix metro / Maricopa County today — Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Peoria and more — plus the statewide AZ ROC contractor roster. If you work in the Valley, your territory is covered.
How fresh is the data?
Permits refresh daily; license and disciplinary data comes from the Arizona ROC. Applied-stage permits even show an estimated issue date, so you can get ahead of a job before it’s pulled.
How is this different from Pro?
GC = activity and relationships: what’s being built, who to call, and who to vet. Pro adds property and owner intelligence (cash-buyer, absentee, owner mailing), the daily plays feed, My Book, CSV export, the AI assistant, and team seats.
Why do the “GCs who need a sub” results vary by area?
That insight depends on how completely we’ve linked permits to contractors. Coverage is strong across most metro trades and improving everywhere — some cities (e.g. Gilbert) publish permits without a contractor field, so the relationship view is thinner there.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly is month-to-month; annual ($890) saves two months. 14-day trial, no card up-front.
