- What area does it cover?
- Phoenix metro / Maricopa County today — Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Peoria and more — plus the statewide AZ ROC contractor roster. If you work in the Valley, your territory is covered.
- How fresh is the data?
- Permits refresh daily; license and disciplinary data comes from the Arizona ROC. Applied-stage permits even show an estimated issue date, so you can get ahead of a job before it’s pulled.
- How is this different from Pro?
