Plumb Intelligence
For solo general contractors & subcontractors

Know what's getting built in your trade — and exactly who to call.

New Arizona building permits in your trades and ZIPs, the day they're filed — matched to the licensed contractor who pulled them and vetted for license and disciplinary risk. Built for the solo GC and the sub, not a sales team.

Subcontractor

“I'm a subcontractor.”

You don't need more marketing — you need GCs who'll keep you booked. See which general contractors are pulling permits in your trade and ZIPs right now, who's growing, and — the part nobody else has — which active GCs don't yet have a steady sub like you. Start every week with a short list to call, not a cold market.

General contractor

“I'm a general contractor.”

See what's getting permitted near you (and what's about to be, via applied-stage ETAs), then build your crew with confidence: look up any sub's license status, disciplinary history, and unlicensed-violator flags before you hand them a job. Track your competitors and the GCs winning work in your lanes.

You already have a page here. Claim it — free.

Every licensed AZ contractor has a public PlumbIntel profile built from ROC and permit records — the page suppliers and homeowners already use to vet you. Claiming it puts your real contact details on it, with the source labeled.

Questions

Is this for me if I’m a one-person shop?+

Yes — it’s built for solo general contractors and subcontractors. Pro ($199) is for teams that need export, CRM sync, owner/property intel, and the daily plays workflow. GC ($89) gives you the find-work essentials without the team tooling.

What area does it cover?+

25 jurisdictions across 7 Arizona counties, refreshed daily — from Phoenix and Mesa to Tucson and Yuma — plus Maricopa County parcel records and the statewide AZ ROC contractor roster. If you sell in one of the Arizona jurisdictions we cover, your territory is in — check the live coverage board for your market.

How fresh is the data?+

Permits refresh daily; license and disciplinary data comes from the Arizona ROC. Applied-stage permits even show an estimated issue date, so you can get ahead of a job before it’s pulled.

How is this different from Pro?+

GC = activity and relationships: what’s being built, who to call, and who to vet. Pro adds property and owner intelligence (cash-buyer, absentee, owner mailing), the daily plays feed, My Book, CSV export, the AI assistant, and team seats.

Why do the “GCs who need a sub” results vary by area?+

That insight depends on how completely we’ve linked permits to contractors — today about 62% of permits that name a contractor are linked, and improving. Some cities (e.g. Queen Creek) publish permits without a contractor field, so the relationship view is thinner there.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Monthly is month-to-month; annual ($890) saves two months. 14-day trial, no card up-front.
