Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The 14-day Pro trial is the full product with no card up front. Add a payment method only when you decide to keep it — and the Free tier needs no signup at all.
What’s the difference between Contractor and Pro?+
Contractor is for running your own book — full permit search, applied-stage jobs, territory, and contractor tracking. Pro adds the outbound lead engine: the daily ranked plays feed, owner mailing addresses and property intel, the Today / Book / Territory / Reports workspace, CSV export, HubSpot export, and the AI assistant.
What's the difference between Pro and Team?+
Same product. Team is per-seat with a volume discount at 3+ seats, one bill for everyone, and an admin who manages your reps. Each rep still gets their own book, plays, and pipeline.
Can I add seats later?+
Yes — add or remove seats anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated, and seat removal frees the seat immediately.
Can I switch tiers or cancel?+
Anytime, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are there hidden fees?+
No. The price shown is what you pay — we do not add a separate sales tax at checkout.
What if I'm a seasonal business (e.g., AZ roofing in summer monsoon)?+
Pro accounts can pause for 1–3 months at a time, no billing during the pause. Your saved searches and tracked contractors are preserved.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or government?+
Yes. Contact sales for a 25% nonprofit/government discount on Pro and Team tiers.
Do you have an API?+
