HOTObtain fire restoration permit. Fires stated at patio, did not spread to attic space. All damaged framing will need to be replaced or repaired. all damaged electrical will need to be replaced. All work will be to restore house to the condition it was in prior to fire. Any other alterations will requires a separate permit and plans. A total of (3) inspections will be required: Framing, Electrical, and Final. Any additions inspections will require a $150 fee.
