The permits coverage table now shows each jurisdiction’s freshest permit date and named-contractor share, measured nightly against our own database — and the homepage carries a live "freshest permit" line that hides rather than overstate. Sources that don’t publish a field say so instead of showing a misleading zero.
Co-sited permits now collapse into one project card — a 9-building development reads as one $59M project, not nine near-identical results — with the full permit list one click away. The same grouping applies to each contractor’s recent-work list.
Marking a lead — Contacted, Quoted, Won, Lost, Not a fit — now works identically from Today, Search, and the lead page, and everything you mark shows up in your weekly report. "Hide" now just hides, instead of quietly filing the lead as lost.
A phone number only renders as tap-to-call when it actually dials (valid US number). Numbers filed with junk formatting still show as text, labeled as-filed.
Each tracked account now carries its alert toggles (new permit, disciplinary, license expiry, activity drop) right on the row — and tracking a builder turns new-permit alerts on by default, which is the reason to track anyone.
Zips whose city doesn’t publish valuations show "—" instead of $0, and partially-covered sums disclose their denominator ("$1.6M · 4/44 filed"). Ten saved searches per Pro seat, up from five.
We removed roughly 24,000 permit-to-contractor links our own audit found unreliable (placeholder names colliding with real companies). Honest unlinked beats confidently wrong — match confidence is shown on every link.
The contractor-linkage percentages quoted across the site now come from a nightly measurement of our own database instead of hand-updated copy — so the number you read tracks reality, including when we remove bad links.
About 50,000 permits whose cities publish coordinates but no usable address now carry correct zip codes, making them visible to territory filters and digests — including 500+ in Kingman alone.
Unknown address URLs now return a proper 404 status instead of a soft empty page — better for search engines and for anyone linking to us.
