- COLD→2121 S PRICE RD, COMMER, Chandler AZ 85286The project will require Mehall to intercept flow before the compliance point at the man hole up stream and discharge the flow into a manhole downstream of the compliance point. I have listed the work plan below, Work to be done in one day with flow disruption for no more than 4hrs. 1.Stage a Vac truck 1 at side of east bound of Germain rd running approximately 100ft of flex hose from truck to man hole up stream of compliance point. 2. Make confined space entry into upstream manhole to install a sewer plug inside the effluent line from the manhole 3. Have vac truck start sucking out any water that accumulates. Once truck 1 is full vac truck 2 will suck out vac truck one. Vac truck 2 will then go to west bound side of Germain with traffic control in place and decant into compliance point downstream manhole located in median on Germain road. This process will repeat during the duration of this project (no more than 4hrs). 4. While flow is diverted. Mehall will make confined space entry into the compliance point to remove the flow monitoring equipment . 5. Once the equipment is removed we will proceed with removing roots that have infiltrated the pipe with a robot. 6. Once the roots have been removed and line cleaned, the liner process starts. 7. Once the liner cures (90minutes min) flow equipment will be installed and flow will be returned through the compliance point. Mehall will verify proper flow readings and start clean up. · Chandler · —

About this record
This page is a public summary of Mehall Contracting LLC built entirely from government records — the Arizona Registrar of Contractors license file and building permits issued by jurisdictions across Arizona. PlumbIntel joins those sources so you can see, in one place, that a contractor is properly licensed and actively pulling permits under that license.
Everything here is factual and sourced: license status and dates come from the AZ ROC; permit counts, addresses, and values come from the issuing jurisdiction. We do not publish reviews, ratings, or unverified contact details — owner-provided updates always carry their source label. If you're a homeowner vetting a contractor, a lapsed license or a gap in permit history is worth a conversation before you sign.
