ZAYO FIBER - VZWSI02030AZ-PHXUFKH904-BKY - 22650 W YUMA RD - THE PROJECT INCLUDES INSTALLATION OF NEW CONDUIT WITH FIBER OPTIC CABLE AND HANDHOLES WITHIN PUE AND CITY OF BUCKEYE RIGHT-OF-WAY. PROJECT WILL CONSIST OF APPROXIMATELY 2,958 LINEAR FEET OF CONDUIT, 184 LINEAR FEET OF NEW TRENCH CONDUIT, 1,290 LINEAR FEET OF NEW FIBER TO BE PULLED WITH-IN EXISTING INNERDUCTS, AND 2,932 LINEAR FEET OF INNERDUCT TO BE PULLED THROUGH EXISTING CONDUITS. THE PROJECT WILL REQUIRE LIMITED POTHOLE, LANDSCAPE, AND HARD-SCAPE RESTORATION. ALL ESTIMATED QUANTITIES FOR THIS PROJECT ARE SHOWN ON THE COVER SHEET. “The PIAA between the Parties governs the terms pertaining to Licensee's return of ROW property to a free and clear state. Licensee's ownership rights over its facilities and attendant equipment (Licensee Facilities) are defined and governed by the Standard Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict between the Standard Terms and Conditions and this document and/or the PIAA concerning said Licensee Facilities and their ownership, the Standard Terms and Conditions shall control and prevail.”
