CROWN CASTLE - FIBER - VZWSI02030AZ-PHXUFKH908-BKY - 23742 W SOUTHERN AVE - THE PROJECT INCLUDES INSTALLATION OF NEW CONDUIT WITH FIBER OPTIC CABLE AND HANDHOLES WITHIN PUE AND THE CITY OF BUCKEYE RIGHT-OF-WAY. PROJECT WILL CONSIST OF APPROXIMATELY 10, 936 LINEAR FEET OF DIRECTIONAL BORED CONDUIT AND 29 LINEAR FEET OF OPEN TRENCH CONDUIT. THE PROJECT WILL REQUIRE LIMITED POTHOLE, LANDSCAPE, AND HARD-SCAPE RESTORATION. ALL ESTIMATED QUANTITIES FOR THIS PROJECT ARE SHOWN ON THE COVER SHEET. “The PIAA between the Parties governs the terms pertaining to Licensee's return of ROW property to a free and clear state. Licensee's ownership rights over its facilities and attendant equipment (Licensee Facilities) are defined and governed by the Standard Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict between the Standard Terms and Conditions and this document and/or the PIAA concerning said Licensee Facilities and their ownership, the Standard Terms and Conditions shall control and prevail.”
