Demolition and removal of the remains of one (1) existing vacant single-story adobe structure of approximately 790 sq. ft. at 914 N 13th Avenue. The structure is derelict and partially collapsed, with the roof missing and portions of the walls breached, and is shown as "FOUNDATION" on the Record of Survey by RES Land Surveys, Inc., Job No. 4518 (August 2026). Work also includes removal of the existing concrete slabs, walkway and electrical equipment pad at 922 N 13th Avenue. Both addresses are on parent parcel APN 116-16-281A, currently under land division TD-DIV-0826-00052. All water, sewer and electric services serving the structures to be capped or abandoned at the main per the requirements of the serving utility. Existing water meters, house connection sewers and driveway curb cuts to remain. The site will be secured during demolition and left graded, stabilized and free of debris.
