The scope of this project is a tenant improvement within an existing manufacturing building of approximately 100,000 square feet the work includes new support spaces, a mezzanine addition, equipment foundations, process utility installations, and electrical and mechanical upgrades for specialized production equipment. HVAC scope includes: additional HVAC throughout manufacturing areas as required to support equipment and occupancy. Plumbing scope includes: new oil interceptor and associated process wastewater piping. Plumbing for the new break room, restrooms, and changing rooms. Electrical scope includes. Electrical distribution and connections for all phase 1 and phase 2 equipment. Power for the mezzanine, core areas, and equipment platforms. Structural scope includes: a new 3000 square foot mezzanine with two stair egress points. Foundations for a new 7 point 5 ton overhead crane. Equipment foundations and slab reinforcement for presses and other heavy equipment. Attachment design for a prefabricated equipment platform. Deferred fire alarm, fire sprinklers, high-piled storage racking.
