HIGH-PILED STORAGE OF CLASS IV COMMODITIES WHICH CONSIST OF CARBON STEEL FITTINGS, PIPES, MECHANICAL PARTS FOR COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION, HVAC, PLUMBING, AND PROCESS PIPING. THE PRODUCTS ARE BOTH EXPOSED AND CARTONED NON ENCAPSULATED. THEY ARE STORED ON OPEN WIRE SHELVES. THE PRODUCTS ARE CLASSIFIED AS A CLASS IV STORED TO A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 25’-0”. NO ON-SITE WELDING. NO PUBLIC ACCESS. NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS STORED

Work to include the expansion of existing office space. Tenant improvement to include the demolition of interior partitions and the construction of new interior partitions. New multi-user and single-user ADA restrooms, ceiling, lighting, finishes and millwork throughout. M/P/E to suit new layout. Exterior doors to remain and be reused, patch/repair to like-new condition. New 1-hour rated demising wall to separate office use from warehouse area. Ref: PMT26-17259, 12002, 12243. Deferred fire sprinklers, fire alarm and access control.

Foundation-only permit for a new top-running bridge crane rail system. Scope includes new reinforced concrete footings and associated anchorage. Crane rail support structure and baseplates will be a separate permit. Special inspection for soils, concrete and post-installed anchoring. Reviewed as noted. Results in CoC.

Install (2) exterior wall mounted non-illuminated signs with pan channel lettering: CERRIS SYSTEMS W/LOGO on south elevation 41 sf and east elevation 78.29 sf.
