Renovation of an existing quick serve restaurant kiosk at the baggage claim area of the AZA Airport. 432 sf renovation area total including new front and back counters and associated equipment.

Submitting to obtain a ROW permit. Existing 1.5" domestic water meter was removed during building demolition. A new 1.5" domestic meter will be required with the new building plans when that permit is submitted. The purpose of this permit submission is to obtain a ROW permit to complete a hot tap onto an existing COM waterline within an existing PUE for purposes of providing fire water to the new building as well as to install a new 1.5” domestic water meter.

Modify existing fire sprinkler system adding/relocating 30 fire sprinklers at existing ticketing terminal. Installing a new fire sprinkler system with 4-inch fire riser, a new 4-inch main branch line and 151 fire sprinklers to new EDS building.

Interior renovation of the Macayou's restaurant at the AZA Airport into a Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers. The work requires demo and rebuild of dining area, new bar and new storage room. Deferred fire sprinklers, fire alarm and hood fire suppression.

Install one non-illuminated reverse pan channel lettersets flush mounted to front fascia of suite HB AEROSPACE 160 sq. ft.

AFP26-05384 HVAC Improvements to existing hanger. New fan coil units connected to the existing chiller system to provide cooling with associated electrical work. No units will be placed on the roof.
