Deferred fire sprinklers and fire alarm with emergency evac voice equipment. Installation of all off-site improvements and street frontage landscaping during the first phase of construction. Exterior improvements of 3 main entry tower elements of an existing shopping center. Includes partial demo and reconstruction of tower elements. Additionally includes adding additional storefronts to Anchor A and leveling out exterior patio for future tenant use. Deferred fire sprinklers. Special inspection for post-installed anchors, steel, concrete, and masonry. Reviewed as noted. Results in CoC.

Roof reinforcement for 11 new gas fired RTUs to be installed under this permit. Install 6 new roof top exhaust fans, sauna exhaust, and dryer vent to roof. New cold water line stub-out and waste cleanout for tenant improvement under separate permit (PMT25-21424). Infill two openings in North masonry wall. New 3000A SES. New structural and MEP.
