TENANT IMPROVEMENT WORK INCLUDES REPAINTING OF DESIGNATED WALLS, ADDITION OF A NEW OVERHEAD POWER TROUGH AND ASSOCIATED WORKSTATIONS WITH ELECTRICAL AND DATA, RELOCATION OF EXISTING ELECTRICAL DISCONNECTS, AND ADDITION OF LED LIGHT FIXTURES WITHIN THE EXISTING HANGAR BAY. AS AN ADD ALTERNATE, WORK WILL ALSO INCLUDE DEMOLITION OF AN EXISTING WALL PANEL FOR A NEW DOOR OPENING BETWEEN BAY 1 AND BAY 2, WITH ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL RELOCATION. NO EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS WILL TAKE PLACE UNDER THIS PERMIT.STRUCTURAL FALL SAFE WILL BE INSTALLED IN BAY 1 AND 4.

Remove an existing honeywell fire alarm system and install a new fire lite fire alarm system for the continued protection of the MGAA building.

Tenant improvement of existing 2,102 SF, type II-B, group A-2 occupancy restaurant space inside Gateway Airport with an existing 645 SF outdoor patio. Modifications include demo of existing millwork, interior wall and exterior wall for new garage door opening, existing central kitchen to remain. Modifications include new bar area and seating area layout and associated MEP. Special inspection req. - concrete, steel, masonry, expansion & epoxy anchors. Deferred fire sprinklers, fire alarm and hood fire suppression. Results in CoO.

Group B occupancy. Type II-B construction. 1,030 SF. Occupant load 31. Demo interior flooring, ceiling, and identified wall for new door in existing tenant suite at Mesa Gateway Airport. New commercial kitchen equipment, water lines, waste lines, and type II mechanical hood. New countertops, mill work, and signs. New architectural and MEP. Results in CofO.

Group B occupancy. Type II-B construction. 432 SF. Occupant load 2. Renovation of an existing quick serve restaurant kiosk at the baggage claim area of the AZA Airport. Install new kitchen equipment. New plumbing waste lines and water supply lines. New mechanical air supply and return air ducting. New electrical panel and receptacles. No exterior modifications. Results in CofO.

Submitting to obtain a ROW permit. Existing 1.5" domestic water meter was removed during building demolition. A new 1.5" domestic meter will be required with the new building plans when that permit is submitted. The purpose of this permit submission is to obtain a ROW permit to complete a hot tap onto an existing COM waterline within an existing PUE for purposes of providing fire water to the new building as well as to install a new 1.5” domestic water meter.
