Install a new fire alarm system consisting of an addressable fire alarm control panel, (2) 12V batteries, and communicator with (1) photoelectric smoke detector, (1) pull station, (5) ceiling-mounted horn/strobes, (2) ceiling-mounted strobes, tamper and water flow switches, and various modules for hood suppression, CO2 monitoring, and smoke duct detector supported by a new notification appliance circuit.

Replace beverage equipment and associated MEP with new. Demo identified equipment, drains, water lines, refrigeration lines, and floor sinks. Remove power back to electrical panel for demolished equipment. Install new equipment, waste lines floor sinks, water lines, beverage lines, power for new equipment. Replace existing RTU glycol chiller condensing unit with new. New MEP. Results in CoC

Demo existing kitchen equipment and waste lines at area of work to occur. Demo existing Type I hood, associated ducting, and roof top exhaust fan. New Captive Air Type I kitchen hood exhaust system, fire suppression system, grease duct, and associated equipment. New roof top exhaust fan and grille. Trench for new floor sink tie new waste line into existing grease waste line. New vent from floor sink to ceiling and tie into nearest existing vent through roof. New exhaust fan for relocated combination oven. New fryer units with oil reclamation unit. New water connections to relocated kitchen equipment. New electrical 225A panel "K", GFCI receptacle, and connections to new equipment. New 8-foot masonry screen walls to create oil tank enclosure. New structural and MEP. Special inspection required: grease duct leak test and masonry construction. Deferred hood fire suppression. Approved as noted. Results in CofC.
