Project Description and Scope of Work for removal and reconstruction of existing patio enclosure and related structural modifications. Remove approximately 24 linear feet of existing patio enclosure wall. Construct one new 9' front wall, reusing existing door and window from removed wall where applicable and serviceable. Rework existing electrical as required and install one new light fixture with switch adjacent to door location. Modify existing awning structure by installing one new 5" I-Beam and one new 3"x3" post for additional support. Remove approximately 22 linear feet of existing Yoder siding from Park Model wall and install new 4'x8' Smart Panel siding. Prep and paint new siding to match existing as closely as possible. Remove existing kitchen window and permanently cover opening from exterior and interior as required.
