Exterior and Civil improvements for an existing, construction type II-B construction 16,000 SF B/S-1 occupancy building. Scope includes new driveway access, asphalt parking update, concrete sidewalks, masonry site walls, (2) awnings totaling 96 SF, (1) metal patio awing 133 SF, landscaping along East Falcon Dr, and East Road Runner Dr. The replacement or addition of signs on the site will require the review and approval of a separate permit. Special inspection for steel, soils, and post-installed anchors. Results in CoC.

INSTALLATION OF A NEW MANUAL FIRE ALARM SYSTEM INTO A NON-SPRINKLER FLIGHT HANGAR REMODEL. THE HANGAR WILL BE PHASE 2 UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.

Fabricate and install LED halo illuminated pan channel logo and letters on south elevation 146 sq ft CUNNINGHAM LOGO AVIATION. Signs shall be installed per NEC 2023 with UL listed components. No other signs on building. Comply with approved CSP BOA23-00976.

This permit is to address unauthorized construction associated with an office remodel within the kitchen area. The majority of the work did not require a permit: however, one non-load-bearing wall was relocated approximately one (1) foot, and associated electrical was modified. This portion of the work is the only scope requiring permitting. Plan Review: Plans are not required at this time. Inspections: All inspections are to be conducted by Larry Hill. Please note that if, during inspection, additional work is identified that requires permitting beyond the scope described, the inspector may require full plans and standard plan review. Fees: Apply the minimum permit fee, along with the unauthorized construction fee.
