The traffic control submitted includes the closure of the sidewalk and bike lane along Juniper Ave. This is to be utilized for our vertical construction / facade work, which involves the scaffolding. The TCP will safe off the areas away from pedestrian traffic.

If the Contractor fails to remove the encroachment by the expiration date on the permit, the Contractor shall pay to the Town of Gilbert the sum of $1,000 per day for each calendar day past the expiration date until the encroachment is removed, as liquidated damages not penalties.
