Replace beverage equipment and associated MEP with new. Demo identified equipment, drains, water lines, refrigeration lines, and floor sinks. Remove power back to electrical panel for demolished equipment. Install new equipment, waste lines floor sinks, water lines, beverage lines, power for new equipment. Replace existing RTU glycol chiller condensing unit with new. Results in CofC.

Relocate two existing QuikTrip Store #0433 monument signs at 414 S Stapley Drive for Mesa’s Broadway Road CIP widening: Broadway Road monument 24 feet from the prior location (revised 7/20/2026: supersedes the original 12-foot direction) and Stapley Drive monument 3 feet. Obtain a separate Mesa sign permit and a separate DIMES Construction Permit – Non-Structural identified as an encroachment permit because the proposed locations affect the PUFE. Ref sign permit PMT26-13424

Relocate two existing QuikTrip monument signs due to Mesa’s Broadway Road CIP road widening. Two illuminated 12' high monument signs with LED pricer cabinets. Stapley monument to be placed 3' back from original sign location and Broadway monument to be 24' back from original sign location. Signs are 50 sq. ft. and 12' high. Ref original sign permit PMT18-13096 and BLD2006-11039 and ZA06-124 for approvals. Signs are located within PUFE. Ref approval of encroachment agreement PMT26-13420.
