Complete a recover roof project on all flat roofs at the store. Remove the old field membrane and install a new 1/2" High Density Cover Board over the existing insulation in place. Fasten down with new Rhinonbond Plates and fasteners. Then install a new 80mil membrane and flashings to walls, curbs, drains, scuppers. Then install a new edge metal to the perimeter of the building.
