Upgrade existing traffic signal at Broadway Road and Solomon. Improvements include new poles, signal head, signal equipment, etc. New 100 Amp, 120/240V, single phase meter pedestal.

Construction, repair, remodeling, demolition, and excavation work activities may be conducted between 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Construction work outside of the permitted timeframes will require an afterhours permit. Afterhours permits for construction are subject to the following conditions and Building Official approval: 1. The applicant must provide the following information: a. Location of work Horne and Solomon b. Schedule of hours and days: , 10pm to 2am Monday Evening 8.24.2026, Thursday Evening 8.27.2026 and Friday Evening 8.27.2026 c. Scope of work to be performed: Water test shutdowns, performing waterline tie-in at Horne and working on waterline at Olive d. Anticipated noise generated from the work performed e. Construction permit number (ex. PMT, UTL, ROW) PMT26-14808 2. Applicant shall notify all residence within 500 feet of the project property line in writing. f. The notice shall explain the purpose of the afterhours work and the times and days the work will be performed. g. The notice shall provide the name and phone number of the after-hours work supervisor. 3. All reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate noise. 4.
