Install one 33' × 43' freestanding fabric shade structure over the playground area in accordance with the approved Development Package. Structure is pre-engineered and includes sealed structural drawings and calculations. No electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work is included.

Install one new 26' × 20' pre-engineered fabric shade structure over a children's playground per the approved Development Package and sealed engineered drawings.

Install one new pre-engineered 16' x 16' steel shelter (Coverworx Steelworx Square Shelter, Model SQ-16-SW) with associated concrete foundations in the common area in accordance with the approved Development Package and sealed engineered drawings.

Alteration to turn our garage into a temporary sales office and then be converted back to a garage at the end of sales.
