I will install a new 100 amp overhead service panel on the back of the unit where the main 30 amp wire now feeds into the interior sub panel. I will install a 100 amp all in one panel with a main 100 amp breaker and 16 to 24 spaces. I will install a new riser, weather head, point of attachment, brace kit with 2 5ft braces bolted to the roof and 1/0 aluminum feeder wire to supply up to 125 amps. I will then install 2 new 8ft 5/8 copper clad ground rods interconnected with 4 gauge copper ground wire and tied to the new panel. I'll also install new water and gas bonding interconnected together and tied to the the panel with #6 copper ground wire. I will install a 30 amp breaker to feed the interior panel and install any other breakers that are necessary for the apartment. I'll label the panel with a label maker and install a metal address label on the outside of the panel. I will seal any penetrations in the roof with a roofing jack and roofing sealant.
