Demo windows and portion of CMU wall in existing building. Infill masonry wall. Remove one existing RTU to be reused on future phase and one existing RTU to remain in place. Install new RTU in place of removed existing RTU. Store removed existing RTU on sleepers next to new RTU. Remove identified return and supply air ducts. Install new supply, return, and exhaust air ducts. New plenum above exhaust grille. New water supply lines for 3-comp sink, prep sink and hand wash sink. New waste line for new floor sinks. New kitchen equipment. Special inspections required: epoxy anchors, masonry construction, and post-installed anchors. Deferred fire sprinklers and fire alarm. Results in CofC.
