Specifically, the work includes: Enclosing the existing carport with walls to create a fully enclosed and secure garage. Renovating and extending the existing sunroom within the existing non-conforming yard envelope. Updating the interior layout of the entire home to create modern open floor plan. Replacing roof coverings and introducing new rooflines and pergola elements to enhance architectural interest. Adding an additional room within set back limits on the North Side of the home.
