Install one hardwired Tesla Wall Connector for residential EV charging at 1893 S. Starling Dr., Gilbert, AZ 85295. Provide a new dedicated 240V, 60A, two-pole branch circuit from the existing Square D SC40M200S panel with a 200A main breaker. Install approximately 50 feet of 3/4-inch EMT along the front exterior of the home, containing two #6 AWG copper THHN/THWN-2 hot conductors and one #10 AWG copper equipment-grounding conductor. No neutral is required. Scope includes charger mounting, grounding and bonding, weather-resistant fittings, sealing penetrations, circuit labeling, testing, and commissioning for a proposed maximum charging output of 48A, subject to verified service capacity and approved load calculations. Existing solar equipment will remain in place. No trenching, attic routing, or service upgrade is proposed. Work will comply with applicable Town of Gilbert requirements and manufacturer installation instructions, with required inspections coordinated upon completion.
