Modifications to existing ANSUL System for proper coverage of existing tilt skillet in kitchen of an existing indoor amusement building. Adding 1 new 1.5 gallon cylinder, 1 new 3N nozzle over Tilt Skillet. System and hood are all existing. Results in CofC.

Install (2) hood suppression systems. System 1 Ansul consists of (1) 3-gal wet chemical cylinder supporting (2) 1-flow point head in ducts, (2) 1-flow point head in plenum, (1) 1-flow point head over Charboiler, and (3) 2-flow point head over Tilt Skillet. System 2 Range Guard consists of (1) 4-gal wet chemical cylinder and (1) 1.25-gal wet chemical cylinder supporting (2) 1-flow point heads in duct, (2) 1-flow point heads in plenum, (2) 2-flow point heads over the fryers, (1) 1-flow point heads in salamander, and (2) 2-flow point heads over 6-burner range. System also has two manual pull stations, emergency gas/electric shut off valves and is connected to the fire sprinkler monitoring panel. Fusible links rated at 450°F. Signs placed over each hood and manual pull station indicating which hood associates with corresponding manual pull station.

Tenant improvement area 22,325 SF in existing 87,057 SF, type III-B construction, A-3 occupancy Family entertainment center. Modifications include reconfigurations of attractions, new go-kart track and prize store. No food and beverage alterations, no change of occupancy, no building addition and no exterior building changes are proposed. Special inspection req. steel, concrete, fabricated items, structural observation. Deferred fire sprinklers and fire alarm. Approved with comments. Results in CoO.
