Existing ADA compliant restrooms within 500 feet of travel distance from the suite meet required minimum plumbing fixture calculations. No exterior modifications included in this permit. The replacement or addition of signs on the site will require the review and approval of a separate permit. Deferred fire sprinklers and fire alarm. Results in CofO.
