Install new glazing and partition wall at new conference room. Core and install (2) new electrical floor receptacles at conference room. Relocate identified existing return air grilles and supply air diffusers as noted. (6) existing heat pump RTUs with duct mounted smoke detectors and condensate drains to remain. Existing ADA compliant restrooms within 500 feet of travel distance from the suite meet required minimum plumbing fixture calculations. No exterior modifications included in this permit. The replacement or addition of signs on the site will require the review and approval of a separate permit. Deferred fire sprinklers and fire alarm. Results in CofO.
