This project is remodeling from an existing Mexican restaurant to a Korean BBQ restaurant. To better represent the new style restaurant, we are going to make some minor changes on the building’s appearance look by changing the painting colors and top parapet walls.

Existing kitchen area with equipment and type I hood to remain, and (2) existing restroom facility to remain. Modifications include associated MEP, (2) new packaged rooftop heat pump, individual table exhaust, new gas line from existing meter and water/waste connections from existing. Electrical lighting and power with (4) new 200 amp panels from existing 1200A service. Special inspection req. for structural observation. Deferred fire sprinklers, hood AFES and fire alarm. Results in CoO.
