The project consists of the interior tenant improvement and conversion of two existing retail spaces within an existing commercial building into a single A-2 occupancy for a 16 Handles frozen yogurt. Work includes selective demolition and reconfiguration of the combined space to accommodate a customer-facing self-serve yogurt and toppings area, point-of-sale, and back-of-house functions including MINOR preparation, storage, and warewashing. Scope includes new and modified mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems: including grease INTERCEPTION, ventilation, and equipment connections, along with required updates to fire sprinkler and alarm systems under separate permits.
