TENANT IMPROVEMENT FOR A RESTAURANT IN EXISTING/APPROVED SHOP BUILDING. THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT IS A SINGLE-STORY, THE PROPOSED TENANT IMPROVEMENT SPACE IS 8,077 S.F. WITH PROPOSED 2,024 S.F. COVERED PATIO REFURBISHMENTS. SCOPE OF WORK IS LIMITED TO INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS AND OUTDOOR PATIO.

Install (2) set of RM face lit channel letters exterior wall mounted wall signs AMERICA'S BEST 21.4 sf, tenant panels on existing multi-tenant sign.

Install one illuminated pan channel letters with structure on front elevation of the building DICKS 624 sq. ft., one sign on south elevation and one sign on north elevation of building illuminated pan channel letters with structure 162 sq. ft. each. (power provided under PMT25-12868), installation of (5) panel signs in existing monument signs, install (6) mobile pick up parking signs under 6 sq. ft. Banner permits by separate permit. Results in CofC.

Install (2) exterior wall mounted illuminated signs with pan channel lettering: west elevation LOGO EINSTEIN BROS BAGELS - 30 sf and east elevation LOGO EINSTEIN BROS BAGELS - 30 sq ft. Monument plexiglass business sign.

Install (2) exterior wall mounted face lit individual channel letters sign on west & east elevations: MY DR NOW - 25 sq ft each. Total sign area 50 sq ft. Window vinyl signage and monument tenant panel.

Install (3) exterior wall mounted illuminated signs with pan channel lettering with pill box to North, South and East elevations: HANDEL'S HOMEMADE ICE CREAM - 39 sq ft each. Total sign area 117 sq ft. Approved CSP BOA24-00870.
