Partial building occupancy application. Includes minor work to provide secured area for initial employee operational training. Work includes installation of fencing at perimeter of space to be occupied and replacement of egress stair / platform to provide area of refuge at point of egress / exit.

Building B - Phase 2C (this phase) will include fabrication lines and distribution storage with associated restrooms, new horizontal folding doors, new exterior egress doors, new roof mounted HVAC units, and a new air compressor yard. Future office space will be shelled in this phase and will be submitted under a separate permit submission. // The intent of this project is to provide a new tenant build-out for a new manufacturing facility. Products this facility will manufacture are fully integrated, transportable technology mezzanine modules.
