Construction, repair, remodeling, demolition, and excavation work activities may be conducted between May 1st and October 15th of each year between the hours of 5:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. on Saturday. Construction work outside of the permitted timeframes will require an afterhours permit. Afterhours permits for construction are subject to the following conditions and Building Official approval: • 2nd placement will be on Thursday, 7/23 @ 1am (the west half of area D). • 3rd placement will be on Wednesday, 7/29 @ 1am (the east half of area D). • Concrete placement on9/3/26 from 2am – 6am • Concrete placement on 9/23/26 from 2am – 6am - Mesa Police Headquarters Building Renovations – City of Mesa Project No. CP0204PD o Willmeng (contractor) would like to pour concrete Monday, July 20, 2026, 12AM to 7AM. The contractor and subs will arrive onsite at 12AM to set up and prep wash out area and pump truck, double check rebar, vapor barrier and compaction prior to concrete trucks arriving at 3AM. Please note, this is an extremely large area and it is too hot to pour during the day as we’ll risk cracking the slab. The contractor will be using the north gate (W 2nd St) only and the project manager will be onsite to monitor things during this operation. o Notifications about this work will be distributed to adjacent residents in the area. I will notify CM Duff and her coordinator, making them aware of this scheduled work and timelines as well.
