The contractor and subs will arrive onsite at 12AM to set up and prep wash out area and pump truck, double check rebar, vapor barrier and compaction prior to concrete trucks arriving at 3AM. Please note, this is an extremely large area and it is too hot to pour during the day as we’ll risk cracking the slab. The contractor will be using the north gate (W 2nd St) only and the project manager will be onsite to monitor things during this operation. o Notifications about this work will be distributed to adjacent residents in the area. I will notify CM Duff and her coordinator, making them aware of this scheduled work and timelines as well.
