NTT Global Data Centers Americas is adding an additional Data Center building in Mesa, Arizona as part of a 244MW master planned site. PH6 will consist of 8 vaults with prefabricated UPS electrical power modules, generators and closed loop air-cooled chillers located on the exterior. The initial buildout will consist of a core and shell, underground utilities and equipment pads, and a single 8 MW vault with 56 MW future vaults 2 through 8. The envelope will consist of tilt up concrete panels with a metal structure. Painted metal decking supported by tube steel is anticipated to screen the mechanical equipment on the roof from view.
