Remove approximately 120 square feet of existing sidewalk within the City of Mesa right-of-way and construct a new 10 ft wide concrete driveway approach providing vehicular access from the street to the existing gravel driveway and gate. Work includes sawcutting, demolition, excavation, grading, subgrade compaction, forming, concrete placement, control joints, broom finish, and smooth transitions to the existing sidewalk and roadway. The pedestrian route across the driveway approach will be maintained in accordance with City of Mesa standards and approved plans.
