(missing elec sub) Relocate the existing restroom to the north wall adjacent to the east wall. The new restroom shall be fully ADA compliant. Utilize the existing sanitary sewer line and plumbing system for connection to the new restroom. Refer to the Plumbing Plans for additional information and details. Relocate the existing electrical subpanel to the east wall. Existing feeder conductors shall remain unless otherwise noted (U.N.O.). Install new receptacle outlets along the north, east, and south walls, and provide new 6-inch recessed LED ceiling lighting throughout the tenant space. Refer to the Electrical Plans for additional information and details. Infill the existing double-door opening with concrete masonry units (CMU) to match the existing exterior block construction, including texture and finish. Remove the existing swamp coolers and install a new 2-4-ton air conditioning units.
