Southwest gas shut off the gas to the restaurant. We came by and made a like for like emergency repair. We are requesting an over-the-counter permit. I then went to the oven and capped off the quick connects from the Equipment put on three-quarter inch hard caps 2 I then went behind the stove and disconnected all the flex piping and capped it off for test I then went behind the griddle disassembled the quick connect cap off for test I then went behind the fryer number one disconnected the quick connect and put a hard cap on it And then went behind two other fryers disassembled their quick connects cap them off for Testing I then went to the second kitchen closer to the bar. This area had several feet of uncapped pipe that was not in use I cut off approximately 8 feet of unused pipe, threaded off an unused tee and capped it off at the wall with the three-quarter inch cap.
