The proposed project is the development of the Right-of-Way near the intersection of Greenfield and McDowell at the Northeast corner of Falcon Field Airport. The work will consist of a new raised median and dedicated northbound left turn lane, a dedicated northbound right turn lane, and demolition of existing conditions related to the new improvements. All standard signing, striping, lighting and traffic signaling improvements will comply with City of Mesa, Maricopa County, and Arizona Department of Transportation standards. The stated improvements are being made in relation to the prospective developments under permits PMT23-12066 and PMT23-04321.
