Temporary Use Permit for placement of one (1) temporary 20’ x 8’ construction office (shipping container) to support site development and building construction activities at 3361 E Global Loop, Tucson, AZ 85706. The temporary construction office will be located at Detail 14 on the approved Site Development Plan and will be served by a separate temporary electrical service under Trade Permit TC-COM-0626-00933. A Temporary Structures permit will be submitted upon approval of this Temporary Use Permit.

Installation of a new 200 AMP temporary power service panel for construction use at 3361 E Global Loop, Tucson, AZ 85706. Work includes installation of H-frame, 200 AMP meter/main panel, underground conduit to existing TEP transformer, GFCI receptacles, grounding, trenching, and temporary power connection to construction office. Temporary panel will be located on the southeast side of the building adjacent to Global Loop Private as shown on the approved Utility & SVT Plan.
