Group A-2 occupancy. Type V-B construction. 3,513 SF. Occupant load 147. Demo interior partition walls, interior doors, and MEP in existing suite. New partition walls, MEP, architectural to create (2) new ADA restrooms, serving/seating area, ice cream dipping area, ice cream production area, stock room, and utility room. New walk-in cooler and kitchen equipment. Replace (2) existing with new mechanical 2000 CFM RTUs and (2) existing 2000 CFM RTUs. New mechanical supply air, return air, and exhaust air ducts. (3) new gas fired water heaters. Results in CoO.
